Music ensembles to perform free concerts

April 24, 2015 | Four Harding musical ensembles will perform free concerts April 26-28. Sunday, April 26; 8 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall Chamber Singers ensemble, directed by Associate Professor of Music Kelly Neill, is a group of 12 to 20 members that performs vocal pieces pertaining to Renaissance and contemporary music. Members of this ensemble also participate in the University’s Concert Choir and Chorus.

Aquila Theatre’s “The Tempest” continues concert series

February 18, 2015 | Harding University hosted Aquila Theatre Monday, Feb. 23 as part of the University’s 2014-15 concert series. The traveling troupe performed William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest” at 7 p.m. in the Administration Auditorium. Believed to be Shakespeare’s final play, “The Tempest” shares the story of Prospero, the Duke of Milan, who was exiled by his brother and stranded on an island with his daughter.

Stevens Art Center presents joint exhibit of artwork

February 3, 2015 | The Stevens Art Center is hosting a joint exhibit of artwork by professors Ron and Faye Doran. Di Wu continues concert series

Christian College Choral Festival presents free concert

January 7, 2015 | Music Harding hosted nine college choirs for the Christian College Choral Festival Jan. 9 and 10. The University last hosted the event in 1999.
